Application:

1. Soften your skin first with warm water from the shower or soak in the bathtub for a few minutes. No products, oils or cleansers. Just water!
2. Moisten and twist the glove out. Move the area to be exfoliated from direct water source so that the mone can grab your skin better. First, test a small area to see if the skin is easily lifting or if more soft time is needed.
3. By hand in the glove, use small circles or back and forth movements to exfoliate one area at a time. Increase the pressure slowly until you comfortably get the deep exfoliation. You can see the dead skin cells roll off.
4. Finish with your shower gel and moisturizer as usual. Wash the glove by hand and allow it to air dry between use to maximize the life.
