Refectocil Oxydant 3% 100 ml - water

RefectoCil Oxidant 3% is used as a base for eyelash and eyebrow colouring. RefectoCil Oxidant and the color should be purchased separately. You can choose between water-based (liquid) or cream-based (cream) RefectoCil Oxidant.

How to use:

• Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% with approx. 2 cm color
• Stir until a creamy texture appears
• Apply the product to your eyebrows
• Let work in for approx. 5-10 min depending on how the color should be
• Rinse with water and remove any remaining color
