RefectoCil (NO. 2.1) Deep Blue - is an amazing brow and lash colour that allows you to colour your lashes and brows from home.

RefectoCils are the best-selling lash and brow colours on the market, and for good reason. The colour mixture lasts for up to 6 weeks and is known today as one of the most durable eyelash and eyebrow colours.

Application:

Remove contact lenses
Lashes and eyebrows to be tinted, cleaned of makeup residue and grease
Eyebrows and lashes are dried
Mix about 2 cm of the colour with 10 drops of Oxidant Liquid, or 15-10 drops of Oxidant Cream, so that the consistency is completely creamy
The colour should be applied with the enclosed application stick
Should always be applied in the direction of brow growth
Leave the colour on for between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on how strong you want the colour
The sooner you remove excess colour from your face, the easier it will be to remove from your skin
